- What is your clinic’s office hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday from 9am to 12pm.
- What should I bring with me to my appointment?
We encourage patients to write down the questions they want to ask our doctors. We also encourage patients to bring a family member to their appointment. If needed, this family member should accompany the patient into the evaluation room to provide the patient with the support necessary to make medical decisions regarding his/her care.
What to bring to your first appointment and any follow-up appointments:
- Bring any medications you are currently taking
- Bring any X-rays or recent test results if you are seeking a second opinion
- Bring your insurance card
- Bring any information about visits to Urgent Care / Emergency ?Departments / Admission and Discharge Notes
- Do I need a referral to be seen by Piedmont Internal Medicine?
No, you do not need a referral to be seen by one of our doctors. You may call our office directly at 919-787-9993 to schedule an appointment.
